Meet Zara & Zion – The Bonded Duo with a Story Worth Telling

These 2 must be adopted together! Zion is the protector. Zara is the heart. Together, they are everything beautiful about resilience, loyalty, and love.

These two were found abandoned deep in the woods—starving, injured, and barely hanging on. Zara had been hit by a car, her leg shattered, her body broken. Zion never left her side. He stood guard, barked for help, and kept her safe until rescuers arrived. Since then, they’ve been healing—physically and emotionally. Zion is full of life and personality. He’s goofy, expressive, and has no idea how big he actually is. Zara is calm, gentle, and endlessly affectionate. She’s now a tripod but doesn’t let that slow her down one bit. In fact, she’s the one who bosses Zion around most days. They love people, enjoy visits from volunteers, and are learning that a warm bed, a soft voice, and regular meals are the good stuff in life.

Now all they need is a forever family—together. They’ve already lost so much. We won’t let them lose each other.
