We are honored to share that Daisy’s Dane Sanctuary has officially been selected to participate in Kansas City’s 4th Relay For Rescue!
On Saturday, April 4, 2026 from 2 pm to 6 pm, DDS will join 9 other local animal welfare organizations for an incredible day of teamwork, community, fundraising, and fun… all in the name of saving lives.
Relay For Rescue is a collaborative 501(c)3 organization focused on reducing pet overpopulation and animal suffering by bringing awareness to all sides of animal welfare including rescue, fostering, adoption, spay and neuter, medical care, food, shelter, and community support.
This event is part scavenger hunt, part relay, part bar crawl, and all heart. The more people we have on Team DDS, the more money we can win for our gentle giants. Your participation directly helps our mission and supports the Danes who depend on us.
